So the "many improvements and fixes" in every build you're releasing are related to the Dropbox Update that checks for new versions to be sure that "you’re running the version with the latest features and enhancements"? And what happened so far? Magic?

- SwanCobb8 years agoCollaborator | Level 10Agreed. I don't really know who else (competitor-wise) they are trying to protect trade secrets from. It is just hurting the end users that rely on our files to be available and don't want any hiccups or surprises because they changed something and we don't know it.
As for changes, I noticed the Dropbox system tray bubble for # of files changed is showing up now as a lower right slide notification now? - cgoes8 years agoHelpful | Level 5Maybe they just don't know. If your development workflow consists of devs making changes in random places for no apparent reason, it's probably hard to make a changelog xD
