Saving emails sent to recipents of drop box signature request.
How do I save the email/message that is sent with the signature request file? I send docs to client with instructions and I wanted to find a way to save the documentation.

Hi there!
You can save the message and recipient email from a signature request by retrieving the values of the message and the signer_email_address properties (within the signatures array) from the response object.
To save the actual documents sent and signed, you can call one of the 3 following endpoints:
Hope this helps!

Thank you for this information! Not being a very practiced user of DropBox (other than sending signature requests), I am in no way able to understand what your suggesting but will try to figure it out so thank you again.
Any crutch you can toss my way would be greatly appreciated.

Does Dropbox Signature have an address book function or a way to save frequently used Signer names and emails? I have a frequently used agreement that requires 4 of the same Signers and when I used to use Adobe Sign, as I started to type a name in the "Add Signer" section, my previously used Signer names/emails would auto-populate so that I didn't have to constantly retype them. This doesn't seem to be happening in Dropbox Signatures so wondering if I'm missing this feature. Creating a template document doesn't help because that still requires me to add each of the 4 signers each time I need to send for signatures. Thanks.
- iNeilDropbox EngineerHi Mary W.7,While using the Dropbox Sign website, previously used signers' names/emails should auto-populate when you start typing your signer's name/email. There is also an 'import contacts' option but it only imports from Google or Yahoo contacts. This should be available for all accounts. Below I have provided a screenshot of this feature as reference. If you are encountering issues with this feature, can you provide the steps to reproduce the issue or any error messages you are encountering?

Dropbox Signature currently doesn't have an address book function or a way to save frequently used signer names and emails. However, this feature has been requested by users, so it's possible that Dropbox may implement it in the future. In the meantime, you might want to consider using a workaround such as maintaining a document with the frequently used signer names and emails, which you can easily copy and paste when sending out agreements for signatures.
