SINCRONIZAR DISCO DURO EXTERNO

Como puedo sincronizar una carpeta que está en un disco duro externo? No puedo quitar la carpeta del disco duro para ponerla en la carpeta Dropbox de la unidad C. Como la puedo sincronizar? Gracias...
