Feedback - not wanted?

Hi,
This is feedback about feedback...

Yesterday you sent me an email to do this beta testing for the newer version of Dropbox for Windows with a link to give feedback, and when I click that link, I get an access denied page saying:

"You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.

Click your browser's Back button to continue."

I guess I'm gonna go about my day then, but thought I share the irony first. 😁

Same problem, now 5 months later after OP.  I can't file bug reports because "Send Feedback" is itself buggy. 🤦

What's going on? Dropbox doesn't test their systems?

Hi hzee! Sorry to hear you're encountering issues trying to submit feedback in our forums.

Are you still encountering issues?  If so, would you mind letting us know what happens when you try clicking the link? Do you see any error messages?

Actually I had it resolved in some other thread by another Community Manager. Thanks

    Hi SKBJ,

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know!

We've investigated the error you reported, but we couldn't determine the cause for the exact message you encountered.

Are you still seeing the same error since you reported this?

We do require all users who would like to post to have a community forum account and be logged in.

    Thanks again for reporting.

      Hi there,

Apologies for the late response. I just tried again the link button from the email and it seems to work now. When I click it, it not longer gives the error message, instead, it opens to a new message with the correct subject, so looks like it's working for me now.

      Thanks!

I get the same error as well. And as you can see, I am logged in.
