Allow a personal account to have more than 3 TB, or more than 4 TB with the add on
Hello,
I'm a graphic designer with over 15 years of workload. This obviously equates to extreme files sizes. I was disappointed to learn Dropbox don't offer a package for single users over 3TB....
PatVB I don't see much difference between 5 and the 3+1 you have right now. 10TB would be a first step toward catching up with competition. As music producer, graphic designer and web programmer I need at least 8TB (the size of my Macbook Pro), plus a couple TBs extra just for additional headroom. Of course the ideal would be Pro v2 plans as such: 5TB, 10TB, 15TB, 20TB
Because when the Apple M3s and M4s come out (M3 in fall and M4 in 2024-2025), they will offer 16TB internal SSD which I will upgrade to. So Dropbox need to prepare to upgrade their offering already for future-proof usability. I will upgrade from Dropbox 10TB to 20TB when changing my Macbook M1 to M3 or M4.
