I would like to be able to create links that open to a specific page in a pdf file stored in my dropbox. Better yet, I'd like to be able to have the link go to the first page in which a particular text string is found. I know this can be done with pdf files stored on a server when the url ends with <filename>.pdf, but I cannot figure out how to modify the dropbox link to access a particular page or text string.

Ed,
I've given up on DropBox for this purpose and purchased space on a web server, which easily permits links to specific pdf document pages. - DaphneDropbox StaffStatus added:Gathering Support
