Please allow pairing of more than two accounts. As a contractor, I am a member of a company's business account, a team member of another company, and have my personal account. It is frustrating to only be able to pair two of them, so that when I need to access the third, I have to completely sign out of the others and sign in fresh for the third.

Security Alert to Dropbox admins for any new device logins
There should be an alert option under Security (for those plans that have it) to send out an alert to all dropbox admins whenever anyone signs into their Dropbox account from a new device.

Hi, You have probably been interrogated about this before. However, in today’s extra security conscious world, I can’t understand why we still only have a 4 digit PIN. It would please me greatly if I could specify my own PIN. Four digits just seems negligent. Sincerely Peace

Security measure for changes in settings
Provide a security option that, when enabled, requires users (including admins) to always enter a 2FA code when attempting to change any security related settings. A 2FA code should also be required on any attempt to permanently delete files/folders from Dropbox Rewind. The idea is to prevent ransomware attacks from being able to compromise the user's ability to restore their files. Display requester's email address in File Request
I use File Request to help clients send sensitive information to me securely. To improve security and their confidence, it would be nice if they could verify that the File Request is going to me, not someone spoofing me. To do that, you could perhaps display the requester's email address on the File Request. This way, the file sender can easily see who will receive their file, and confirm it is the person they are trying to send it to.

Prevention of Local Data Loss on Account Deletion for users with syncing issues
Our organization recently purged a user account that no longer had any data stored in Dropbox on the web. Unbeknownst to us, the user's Desktop client had not synchronized for over a year. The user seldom used Dropbox and ignored or missed error messages presented by the client (support indicated that the client had been in an error state throughout the available logging period). Unfortunately, the user had also opted to back up their Desktop, Documents, and Downloads folders during the Dropbox install, which re-homed these folders within the Dropbox folder. We took the default option to purge local data upon deletion of the account, and while the client couldn't successfully synchronize data, it was able to successfully purge the local Dropbox folder, including 1+ years' worth of unsynchronized data. Admins should have a way to identify clients in an error state, and they should be warned that data may be lost before purging an account with clients that are failing to synchronize.

Lock/hide a folder with a password or a security key
Hello, I think it would be a good idea to be able to lock/hide Dropbox folders without necessarily putting them in the vault. There are sensitive documents that we would like not to be accessible to everyone, without necessarily putting them in another place, and moreover, I may need to give access to my account to colleagues, so I think it would be nice to be able to lock/hide them with several security methods: - Security key (Face ID/Touch ID/Physical security key) - Specific password (or PIN) + You could choose to use the security method registered in the Dropbox account, or use another one. Thanks

Manage Stricter App Permissions
I use various third party apps that sync files to dropbox (or scan folders for things like media files). These apps have edit permission to my ENTIRE account, even though they really only need access to one folder. I want to be able to specify which folders I grant access to for an app. Giving full access is a terrible security practice - even if I trust the app developers not to abuse it, if their app is compromised, that doesn't matter. I realize that apps can request access to only a specific folder, but most do not do this. They ask for everything, because it's easier. As a user, I should be able to restrict what they're given when I grant access and accept the consequences of app instability if I take away something it wants. Even if apps apply bad security practices, DropBox has the power to enforce better ones, and should do so.

Email validation to improve creation of new accounts
Hello, Dropbox team. I would like to recommend the implementation of an email validation system to block the creation of new accounts that use emails from an existing account, such as how Google works, where userany@gmail.com and user.any@gmail.com are actually from the same Google account. I would also recommend implementing an email validation system during account creation to check if an email really belong to the person trying to create an account on Dropbox. That would also resolve the issue above. Thanks and keep up the good work !
