All, I've just installed Capture on my M1 MacBook Air and have to say it has massive latency issues in the UI, while recording and also the recorded video has issues in terms of video and audio are not in sync. When I open the app it already takes forever. Then while recording you see latency issues while moving the mouse or typing on the keyboard. And in the final video the audio and video are not in sync, as well as the webcam recorded. Any ideas about this? I've just installed the Capture desktop application from dropbox. When I record a video, it saves automatically but I can't access it in my dropbox account (browser or Mac Finder). It can only be accessed via capture.dropbox.com. Hi, I am using parallel desktop on my Mac, parallel desktop version 19.1.1. I noticed that when I capture an app screen in which using parallel desktop coherence mode,the dropbox capture app will crash. For instance: when I capture Microsoft word window (working in coherence mode), the dropbox capture app will crash and quit. However, when I turn off the coherence mode and using Dropbox Capture to capture the parallel desktop virtual machine screen, it just works. Capture Hi! I use dropbox professional and I already sucessfully instaled Capture on two of my computers - all Windows 11. But when I tried to install it on my surface laptop (also Windows 11), where the dropbox app is working perfectly fine, capture tries to use another old account, where I used to have dropbox for teams - and it hangs trying to login. The request for Capture connect to Dropbox was sent to the correct professional account. I could not find a way to change the account. How can I do that? Thanks in advance. Initially Capture was working on a Windows 10 laptop, then I believe that the user attempted a reinstall of Capture without realizing it, and now the laptop is unable to run Capture: Javascript error "Uncaught Exception: Error: \\?\C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\dropboxcapture_90.0.5.0_x64_wkt425jdc3sga\app\resource...\apex.node is not a valid Win32 application." etc. immediately appears every time.
