Folder Customization - Colors, Icons, and More
Wouldn’t it be amazing if we could customize our Dropbox folders to make them more visually appealing and easier to organize? I think adding more options to personalize folders could make a big difference, and I’d love to hear what others think about this idea! Here are a few features I’d suggest: Folder Colors: Imagine being able to color-code your folders—so much easier to spot what you need at a glance! Custom Icons: A simple icon, like a music note for your playlists or a book for your eBooks, could make folders feel more intuitive. This icon could be applied to the already existing folder image, or replace the folder with just an icon. Upload Your Own Images: Personalize your workspace with photos or unique images as folder covers—practical and fun! These tweaks wouldn’t just look great; they’d make organizing and navigating files so much smoother. Plus, other platforms already offer similar options, and it would be awesome to see Dropbox join in! Missing updates on a file I've been editing
Hi all! I copied a file from one folder in Dropbox to another folder still in Dropbox on nov. 8th. I modified and saved that certain file several times since nov. 8th until today (I last accessed it on thursday nov. 14th). Yesterday evening I tried to access it again and I found it in the same initial version, more exactly the one on nov. 8th. I searched in the previous sessions in my PC and also here online, but it's like my modifications never even existed. Below please find a pic of the activity on the file. How do you think I could get back the most current verision (the one on thursday nov. 14th would be the last one). Thank you in advance for your kind response(s)!
Compressing the size or adjusting the dimensions of a file automatically
I see many new features we can use or schedule, for automatic editing of picture, some of them advanced ... but the most important and basic one is missing: RESIZE. We are affected by the crazy Apple's idea to make the picture bigger and bigger, every year bigger... I think it will be very appreciated from everyone to have this edit option in dropbox together with the others. I did something good, and advanced as I mentioned, but this one is missing. 🙋♂️

hello, i'm having a trouble with file editing and modifying issue i can edit my word file when i use dropbox with desktop and laptop computer however, when i use dropbox with smartphone, i cannot edit or modify my word file. therefore, i only see word file contents when i use smartphone. even if i want to edit it. i use basic plan. is this a problem of editing issue? please help me!! thank you.
