File access
6 TopicsHave received a message from Dropbox saying that I will lose access to my files, if I don’t upgrade
I have received a message from Dropbox saying “Don't lose access to your files. Your files have stopped syncing because your Dropbox is full. Make sure you always have the latest version of your files across all linked devices by upgrading” I am a pensioner and cannot afford to upgrade at this time. I have photos of my grandchildren in my Dropbox account, that I don’t want to lose. Can anyone advise me on how I can save these photos.1.8KViews0likes2CommentsMy free account has nothing downloaded. It shows use 1.4 gb, but I see no files.
My account has been open since 2014. It shows 6 GB of files "Not enough space to access the folder". We were paying for our account back then. Back in 2016 or so, we "lost" all our files. After many contacts with DropBox, we could never get an answer as to where our files went, so just gave up. Now, I see this 6GB of "shared" files that can't be uploaded because there isn't enough space. How can I see what these files are? Perhaps our lost 2014 files? How can I get access??? Thanks.740Views0likes5CommentsWhere did my dropbox files and folders go?
Hi. I have received a couple of emails from Dropbox saying my storage is all used up. That's fine - I can delete some files and folders and tidy it all up a bit. However, has Dropbox recently changed their storage options? I used to save loads of information to Dropbox and now it seems I can barely save a thing. I have the basic plan and haven't changed my plan. I am having trouble finding my files and folders. I can see two recent folders (which were a back up of my website), but nothing more. I've checked the deleted folder just in case Dropbox have deleted some of my files and folders, but that is empty too. Any suggestions please?461Views0likes1Comment
