I lost my referral storage, and my files.
I use Basic Dropbox for almost 20 years. I recommended dropbox to many colleagues, so I regularly owned an additional 0.5 GB because of that. I ended up with 20+ gig. Because I trusted the security, I stored some very imprtant files, such as Trust account backups and Wills. All of a sudden Dropbox decided to downsize my storaga and many of my super important data disappeared. This is without any warning or notifications. I want the data back. I recently added paid service hopin for the data to show up, but no luck. I am super pissed of course and I want a resoution asap. Peter
I sent two referrals but didn't receive the extra space
Hi, Recently I sent invitation to my mom. She accepted link, but I didn't receive extra storage - status "Ineligible". Then I sent another link to my friend. He accepted link, but the status is "Invitation sent". No extra storage. Could you please help me to find the solution? BRG, Vladimir.

Hi Like others on here I have been using Dropbox for years, and today I noticed that my Dropbox had a little red dot stating that I had run out of storage, my storage dropped from 9.8Gb down to 2Gb, I do not have any emails warning me this, it just seems to happen overnight. Please advise on how to reclaim my Referred bonuses.
No bonus space after successful referral
Hi Dropbox, I’ve sent an invite to a friend for a referral. my friend subsequently installed dropbox on a desktop, logged in, and hit the button in the email she received requesting email confirmation. She is actively using Dropbox now, but in my referral status page it shows only “invitation sent”. glad if you can help resolve. thx! a.
The majority of my free storage is gone after subscription ended
Hi, I had around 14gb of free storage originally. Then I took a month of subscription, cancel it again, and now all the sudden it says I only have 7.88gb. I know I had much more free storage than that before, because I only needed around 1-2gb of extra space for some videos. My account was created back in 2011 more than a decade ago, but has now lost my free storage after the subscription. Does anybody know how to get it back?
Referral status shows "waiting for install" and the recipients can't verify their email address.
I have referred people who have installed Dropbox but on my account it still says 'waiting for install' so I haven't received the storage credit. They have downloaded DB to a separate laptop. There seems to be no way to verify their email (the link on DB to do it just repeatedly comes up with 'error' and a picture of a target and a dart on it).Dropbox storage reduced from 17 GB
As an early adopter and through referrals and other promotions, I had 17 GB of storage. This morning I received a notification that I exceeded my 2GB storage allotment. It looks like I may have more than that, https://www.dropbox.com/events indicates that my storage was reduced to 6.75GB, but that is still 10 GB less than I had yesterday. What gives!?
