I have purchased a new Lenovo Laptop in September 2021. During the initial windows installation, i was prompted for 100 GB dropbox storage for 1 year. Dropbox keeps sending me bogus messages that my dropbox is full and that my files will soon stop syncing. My dropbox is NOT full, and I resent receiving all these bogus messages. I'm afraid this is a dirty tactic by DropBox to blackmail me into upgrading, and that they will soon stop synching my files in order to escalate this blackmailing tactic. Quicken offers a coupon for 5GB free Dropbox storage for Quicken subscribers. However, upon submitting the code, Dropbox says my code has already been used. This seems to be a common issue as there are many similar posts in the Dropbox Community, but without resolution. Some say they chatted with Dropbox Support, but I don't find a channel for contacting Dropbox directly. I could really use the additional 5GB of Dropbox storage.
