Third Party Integrations

Hi everyone, I've been searching and searching a way to transfer all my cloud from Onedrive to Dropbox for a long while now, but I can't find a way to do it other than downloading 1,5TB of data from Onedrive and uploading it to Dropbox manually. Can you please advise me an easier way? I want to get rid of Onedrive entirely and close my account. The weird thing is, In Onedrive, there is an option in my storage page which asks me if I want to transfer anything from Dropbox as well as some other cloud services. It's just one click and takes me to my Dropbox very easily to select what to import from Dropbox, but not visa versa; it doesn't allow me to transfer anything from Onedrive to Dropbox. If one-way integration is possible for Onedrive, why can't I find anything to do it on Dropbox? Thanks a lot for responses in advance.66Views0likes4CommentsSmallpdf app is connected to Dropbox, but I can't open files through it.
A bit of assistance please...I've not found answers in help files and I'm at a stopping point. Issue: Smallpdf is not found in Dropbox menu after connecting. Background: The instructions state, "Open files w/smallpdf by selecting it from the Open Menu in Dropbox". Smallpdf does not display within the menu of Dropbox. >>Is there another step that needs to be done or something overlooked? Does anyone suggest any third party apps to help with duplicate files? I've got a MacBookPro..going from Dropbox Business to Dropbox Essentials and I don't want duplicate files. So going thru thousands of files individually is not going to happen. Thanks15Views0likes1CommentList all files recursively inside a shared folder using the dropbox node sdk

Feedback appreciated!
Hi everyone, My name is Emily, a Product Manager on the Dropbox Mobile app team and I am here because I wanted to reach out to the community to learn about how you access your Dropbox content outside the Dropbox app. We are planning to make some improvements to the way Dropbox integrates with other apps and want to hear your feedback. Here are a few questions to get the conversation started: What apps do you use to access your Dropbox content (outside of Dropbox)? What types of devices do you use them on? (iOS, Android, tablet, etc) How often do you use these apps? (daily, weekly, monthly) What works about this set up? What doesn’t? Is there anything you‘d like to see improved from the Dropbox side? We understand that everyone's experience may differ, so we welcome all types of feedback, positive or negative. We're committed to continuously improving our product so your feedback will help us make it better. Thank you in advance for your time and input. We're excited to hear what you have to say! Thanks, Emily, Mobile team525Views0likes4CommentsDropbox Sign does not work in web view, it gives me an error.
I have a problem and it is that when loading the document to be signed in a web view, it first loads and appears loading but then an error appears that says (something went wrong when preparing your signature request. Please try again) and the strange thing about this Is that when I try exactly the same code but on the web it works normally, do you know what it could be? I leave an image of how it looks on web and mobile784Views0likes8CommentsBroken links in InDesign files on macOS Monterey 12.3.1
Hi there, I've been happily working with Indesign files in Dropbox for a year now where my files are all stored Online Only. It used to be the case that Dropbox would automatically relink all the supporting files that are stored on Dropbox.com and I would be able to edit the InDesign file. Recently, upon opening an InDesign file all the links to picture files etc are broken. Added to that, when I try to relink the files through InDesign I get a message that reads: Import Failed! (see attachment). My Dropbox App says that the files I am trying to relink are all Zero Bytes. When I access my account at Dropbox.com the files are all good. The only way I seems that I can relink my files is if I download them to my iMac. I'm currently using Mac OS Monterey 12.3.1. Any ideas?Solved18KViews5likes71CommentsCan I backup my WhatsApp chat messages directly to Dropbox?
Hi Is there a way of directly backing up my WhatsApp (messages only) to my Dropbox. I cannot find a way of doing this as my WhatsApp only appears to show Google storage as the only storage available for this particular backup Thanks1.1KViews0likes4Comments
