Dropbox Sign does not work in web view, it gives me an error.

I have a problem and it is that when loading the document to be signed in a web view, it first loads and appears loading but then an error appears that says (something went wrong when preparing your signature request. Please try again) and the strange thing about this Is that when I try exactly the same code but on the web it works normally, do you know what it could be? I leave an image of how it looks on web and mobile

Sorry to hear about this, danny099.

Have you tried this from a different mobile browser, to see if that makes any difference?

    Keep me posted.

I tested in the react library called react-native-webview I can't test other browsers because I need the signature to be within the app but if I try it on the normal web it does work the problem is when I do it within react native

I see, thanks for the update, Danny.

It might be related to the third party app you're using, since it works on the browser.

Have you tried reaching out to the developers of that app, to see if they can provide any assistance?

I am having the same issue loading the embedded sign url in React Native with a WebView. danny099 did you manage to find a solution?

Hey u_ua, thanks for posting here!

How long has this been happening? Have you tried any of the troubleshooting steps we've provided in this thread?

Asking because I need to make sure we're on the same page here, before we proceed.

      Keep me posted!

Hi, I don't see any troubleshooting steps in this thread.

I only see a suggestion by Hannah to use a different browser, which doesn't make any sense in this context...

Hey u_ua, no worries let's jump right into this.

Could you clarify when you first noticed this behavior? I'd also appreciate a step-by-step on how you produce this error.

Also, what OS do you use on your end? Based on the screenshot it looks like you're using an Apple device, right?

        Hi,

I'm simply calling `client.open()` with test mode and skip domain verification. I was able to display the page by rendering the iframe instead of using the client.

        I'll revisit this another time.

        Thanks
