Received an email informing me my trial ends on the 25th March with instructions on how to cancel so I wouldn't be billed. I was told to click on the account button where I would find 'cancel trial membership', done that but it's nowhere to be seen. It would appear this is a common theme with other people saying the same. Can you please direct me to where I can do this.18Views0likes5CommentsI can't remove my credit card from my account, even though I've cancelled my Dropbox plan.
I cannot remove my credit card information from my account. I see this is a common issue on dropbox. And I know that even though I canceled my subscription I will be billed again next year for something I don't want. I find it outrageous that I have no control over my own credit card information. As far as I'm concerned this is being done on purpose so you can keep billing people who don't want to use this platform anymore. Maybe a class-action lawsuit is in order. Or maybe it's time to alert the press. It's unbelievable how many people cannot perform the simple act of removing their credit card info.1.6KViews1like23CommentsI cancelled Dropbox Sign, now I can't access any docs
I had a Pro account for several years, recently downgraded to Basic, discovered I was still paying for Sign, so contacted support to cancel that. Now my account seems to have disappeared. I do hope all my company's data hasn't been deleted.10Views0likes1CommentI have cancelled my plan and I want to remove my billing info from the account

Dear Dropbox Community, I'm writing to express my extreme frustration and concern regarding the complete failure of Dropbox Fax. I've been a premium subscriber for three months, and during that time, I have not received a single fax. This is unacceptable. Like many of you, I rely on fax services for important documents. The fact that Dropbox Fax is completely unreliable is not only inconvenient but potentially damaging. I've spent time and money on a service that simply doesn't work. My attempts to resolve this with Dropbox customer support have been utterly fruitless. They offer only email support, which is slow and unhelpful, and they refuse to issue refunds for their non-functional service. This is a clear case of profiting from a service they are unable to provide. Furthermore, I've seen reports of security breaches within the Dropbox system. This raises serious concerns about the safety and security of our sensitive information. I'm seriously considering pursuing legal action against Dropbox for this breach of trust and the financial losses incurred. I believe that a company that collects money for a service it cannot deliver should be held accountable. I urge anyone else experiencing similar issues with Dropbox Fax to share their experiences here. We need to collectively voice our concerns and explore all available options, including legal recourse, to ensure that Dropbox addresses this issue and compensates its customers. Has anyone else experienced: Complete failure to receive faxes? Unresponsive or unhelpful customer support? Concerns about security breaches? Difficulty in recieving refunds? Let's discuss our options and explore how we can hold Dropbox accountable for this unacceptable service. Can't access my old email, need to cancel my subscription.
Hi there. How does one cancel a Dropbox associated with a now defunct email? I have the log in and password but it’s asking for a 6 digit code sent to an email I no longer have access to. I have proof a payment from my cc statement. I no longer use this drop box and need it cancelled. Help! Am I stuck with this drop box forever?39Views0likes3CommentsI can't access my email and need to cancel my plan
I haven't been able to access my email for months and I can see no way of cancelling my plan other than blocking the payments on paypal.... I have been directed several times to a page where you can put in a transaction ID but every time the ID gets rejected and I am unable to talk to anyone at dropbox without paying a premium. A premium, by the way, that I actually already pay, just not on an account I am able to access. Honestly, I'm happy to just block all dropbox transactions via paypal as this experience has very much confirmed that I will no longer be using this company, much less giving them money, but I'm hoping someone could answer for the sake of other people experiencing the same issue.81Views0likes9Comments
