Disbanding my account to downgrade
I need to disband my team and downgrade my account to an individual plan. I only need one license and static access to our data going forward. I am the admin of the account. I tried following the instructions in the help desk article here:https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/locked-state#disband,but after step #3 I do not see a red banner (#4) to get to the next step, "see next steps." Any ideas how I can get here to complete the process?
