I downgraded back to Basic from a trial but can't share folders "unless you're an administrator".
Hi, I downgraded my account a little while ago from trial to basic, but the problem is that it's left somewhere that folders can't be shared... unless you're an administrator, which no longer exists. How can I restore the option that everyone can share the folder from the basic account?
thanks
Hello
I solved deleting all e creating a new folder. No other way was possible, listening to the dropbox assistance.
Thanks for help!

Hey Stefania_T, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please clarify what your plan tab is reporting at the moment and also send us a screenshot of the error you get when trying to share a folder?
Any additional information is more than welcome!
