I have installed the dropbox plugin form outlook and initially it was working fabulously. Now when i try to save an attachment to dropbox from outlook it keeps asking me to sign in then get a blank box. I cannot see any addin installed for dropbox or find anyway of doing this. This is very frustrating as it was a fabulous option to have and made the saving of attachments so easy but now it is very frustrating. I have tried re adding the plug in and done a repair on outlook but still does not work. The outlook is part of Office 365. Any suggestions??Solved1.8KViews0likes11CommentsI'm not able to attach Dropbox files to my Yahoo mail on iOS.

I work on a Mac Studio (chip M2) with mac os x sonoma 14.4. All my documents are synchronized in dropbox and I use the desktop version of dropbox I have a problem for a few days now that prevents me from attaching documents to emails with Apple Mail When I attach a document, apple mail indicates "download", but the attachment is never in the message. Although the email starts, the person receiving it is unable to read the document because it appears corrupted and weighs 0 kb. If I use Outlook, the problem does not exist. If i use another computer with Apple Mail and Mac OS X Sonoma, the problem does not exist. If I forward an email with a received attachment, the problem does not exist. If I save a received attachement and then I send a new message with this attachement saved earlier on my Mac, the problem does not exist. When I get an e-mail with attachments and I want to save the attachments, I choose the synchronized folder and it seems to save the files. Then when the folder opens, it is empty. Thanks for any help4.8KViews1like22CommentsNo Dropbox files showing, when trying to attach them to my email on my iPhone 14

I have a MAC and my customer has a PC. She downloaded emails into dropbox from outlook, which I downloaded on my computer. The files would not open and asked what app to use to open. I chose outlook. Now, when clicking on the file, it opens an email with the file attached. When I click on the file it opens another email with a file attached. The actual emails uploaded into dropbox and downloaded onto my computer do not open.699Views0likes3CommentsDropbox Sign Email Subject
I am using the Dropbox Sign service to send emails to clients for getting signed email documents. In the email, the subject line has some custom part of mine "ESignature Notification for your New Business Policy XXXX-XXXX-XXXX". Now after that segment this portion "- Signature requested by hellosign@abc.com"where "abc" is the name of my company is getting added by default. So the final subject line is "ESignature Notification for your New Business Policy XXXX-XXXX-XXXX - Signature requested by hellosign@abc.com". I want it to be just "ESignature Notification for your New Business Policy XXXX-XXXX-XXXX". Also earlier I was adding expireAt flag in the request payload so the complete subject was something like "ESignature Notification for your New Business Policy XXXX-XXXX-XXXX -Signaturerequestedbyhellosign@abc.combefore May 4th at 11:00 PM EST". I want to know: How can I have just "ESignature Notification for your New Business Policy XXXX-XXXX-XXXX" in the email subject? Is it even possible?1.1KViews0likes1Comment
