Please help!! I have been trying for hours to stop saving every screenshot to Dropbox. I never initiated this and it's very frustrating to not find accurate advice in the help section. There is NO "import" tab anywhere under my dropbox preferences. I have already unchecked the "share screenshots and screen recordings using Dropbox" as well as "Enable camera uploads for:" photos and videos. Having all my screenshots in Dropbox makes my work take longer because I can't see them clearly enough when adding new inventory to our system and quickly uploading shots. I have MacOS Big Sur 11.3.1Solved11KViews3likes7CommentsDropbox Capture didn't upload my video on Windows
I used the online Dropbox Capture (didn't download to Windows) and recorded my computer screen. I may have closed my laptop before it was all uploaded to dropbox. How do I retrieve the original File? Dropbox can't play the video file and it says "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." Please help.1.3KViews0likes9CommentsNo Upload Button on the website
When I go to a folder there is no Upload button. If I refresh (sometimes several times) it comes back. But this has become a painful experience just to get a few files uploaded. And Dropbox is getting slower and slower. For example, it will not let you do anything until all the little icons for each file has loaded. Sometimes, for a bigger folder with pictures, it takes ages. Why not turn this nonsense off so that users can quickly upload at the end of a long day.967Views0likes1CommentDropbox website is extremely slow when accessing or uploading files
Hey, guys. Long-time Dropbox user, but perhaps not for very much longer. Every time I try to go to Dropbox in the last couple of days, it is unresponsive. * No matter what browser I use * No matter which part of the website I try to access (it took 20 minutes to update a payment method) * Uploads (65 files, 15Mb each) estimated to take "days." Completely hangs. * Speedtest.net reports that my upload speeds are close to 1Gb. * Bitdefender has dropbox.com whitelisted. * I'm on ethernet connection... not WiFi. I really need a resolution here, or I'm going to have to put another solution in place.787Views0likes7Comments
