File not visible in Dropbox Home but links are still valid

I have a bit of a unique issue, there was a file on my Dropbox 6-7 years ago that I assumed I deleted (since it doesn't show up on home). However, old links generated to it still initiate a download,...

I assume it is almost certainly a bug.

 

When you click on the link and while logged in can you see the location of where the file is (you should get directed to the folder it is in if you are logged in as Dropbox recognises that you are the owner)
