PDF Access on Dropbox

I am unable to easily open PDF files when they are in Dropbox but if I copy them onto my hard drive I can open them immediately.   When I open them on DB, I get an Adobe page with PDF's listed on...

    Done! What happened is that the default browser in Windows setting was Internet Explore. Changed to Edge, I could open these files.
