Windows 10 - no thumbnails

Why am I getting no thumbnails in Dropbox again?   It seems a common problem. tried installing Sage Thumbs - no effect, tried Dropbox offline, online, no effect.

I'm paying for DropBox, the very least I can expect is something that works!

    Hi Darth-Muppet, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Just to confirm, when you say offline and online, did you mark the photos or folders themselves as available offline or online-only so that the sync icons changed?

     

    What version of the Dropbox desktop application are you running on your device?
