We use dropbox to store our image database - we are on the basic free package. I've not been in for a few months - just tried to access and all our images/ files are gone which is really worrying. Does anybody have any advice as to where they have gone and or how we can get them back. Really worrying about this.

Does your Events page show any file activity? Are you sure you're signing in to the correct account?
Also, are you sure it's only been a few months? If it's been more than a year then the account could have been disabled and all content deleted due to inactivity.
