As an admin I can't use Dropbox Rewind in 'All Files'

On my Mac, I tried Chrome and Brave
On my Win 11 laptop I tried Chrome and Edge all had the Rewind greyed out.
What do you feel my best course of action is in case I ever need to rewind everything?
