Can't access files on Dropbox because it's full
I can't access my files on Dropbox because the storage is full. How can I access them to delete some files so I'm under the limit?
I've tried it from my phone and from my computer. Neither work.
You should be able to log in to the Dropbox website and access your files. Also, the files on your computer will still be acecssible, but any new files or changes to your existing files will not sync with your account until you are back below your quota.

I tried to access the website online to delete some older files and free up space. However the website only enables me to upgrade and won't allow access to my files. I'm not at my home computer to be able to delete the files from my dropbox folder, so I have NO access to my files at all. I could understand if you they won't let you upload anything, but not to even have access to try to force an upgrade is ridiculous! Not happy about this!!!!!

Yes I'm having the exact same problem. And I have another account with dropbox with 1TB so I want to move my files across but I can't even view them. I hope someone has a solution!

I found the best solution was to stop using dropbox all together and start using Onedrive which has for more FREE space. I auto upload my photos to Facebook with the default value so that only I can see them. The space is free and unlimited!
