Dropbox needs to correct problem: "Cannot access DropBox settings on Laptop High Resolution Screen"

There is a serious Dropbox problem using a modern computer with 1920x1200 display resolution and display "Scale and Layout" (magnification) set at 150% (because otherwise the text is too small).  When I click on the Dropbox icon to display the popup box needed to change my Dropbox settings, it is off screen to the right, with just a tiny bit of the left edge of the box showing.  I cannot click on that box and drag it into my screen so I can use the settings in it.  I have to temporarily reset my "Scale" back to 100% to see that popup box, which now has extremely tiny text.  Dropbox needs to correct this problem.

  • Hello,

It looks like this problem has now been corrected by Dropbox.  Right clicking on the Dropbox icon in the taskbar on Windows 10, 150% sized desktop, now brings the Dropbox "Activity" popup up OK and the notification icon can be accessed.  So this particular problem can now be denoted as "solved" or "corrected"

Hi AjanJack, just to confirm, this issue hasn't re-occurred again for you?

Hi, yes at all resolutions and magnifications the notification box is visible, sized per the resolution and magnification.  So no problem now.  Using Windows 10.
