How to sort files in the Dropbox desktop app?

I have been searching for an answer to this, but no one else has a solution for what to do when the normal sorting options are not working.  Everyone says just click View and sort by name.  Well, thi...

    Hi pwerlin 

     

    Sorting of files/folders etc. is not a Dropbox issue - its one from Apple and on the operating system. It is OSx which sorts and organises everything you 'see' on the screen.

     

    I suggest speaking to Apple for assistance. Or if you are a bit more confident try https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/mac-help/mchlp1745/mac
