I can only see shared files, but not my personal content
All my files and photos have disappeared from my dropbox. I can only see files that have been shared with me not all my personal files. How can I contact someone about this. It's all photos and videos of my family.

Are you sure you're signed in to the correct account? If so, prior to the files being shared with you, when was the last time you signed in to the account? Is there anything in your Deleted Files, or listed on your Events page?

I'm sure I have. I can try using a different email possibly. I wondered if my yearly payment hadn't gone through but can't find any emails to do with this.

Check your Plan page. If it shows that you're on the Basic plan, then you're signed in to a free account with no subscription. If you've made a payment to Dropbox, use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're paying for. Any other account you have would use a different email address.
