I deleted 18593 files, but I don't know how this happened?

I received an email today from no-reply@dropbox.com that says I deleted 18593 files. I did not delete one file, let alone 19K of them.  It says I did this on a Mac, but I haven't booted up a Mac in days.  There appears to be no way to contact support, even though several support options are purportedly available as part of my plan.

Does anyone have any reliable information regarding whether or not this is a scam?

Does anyone have a clue how to contact support?

TIA.  So frustrated ...

Hi klsjd2004, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Are you part of a Dropbox team, or was it in a shared folder?

Can you see the deleted files on this page on your account? Can you contact support from this page?

This will help me to assist further!

I have no idea what was deleted, but I don't have many (any?) shared folders. I am not part of a team.

I can see about 20 files (only) on the linked page.  The support page does open.

Thanks for the info, I'd recommend submitting a ticket from that page for the support team to assist further on this matter.
