Lost data after upgrading

I just paid for 1TB of data storage, and in return, ALL of my Dropbox data has been removed.

HOW DO WE CONTACT SUPPORT?

I have been using DB for years but I am moments away from cancelling everything with them.

Your data wouldn't be removed just by subscribing to a paid plan. Most likely, you started a new, empty account rather than upgrading an existing account. Make sure you're signing in with the correct email address for your original account. If this is what happened, then you'll need to move your files from your existing account to the new paid account.

    HOW DO WE CONTACT SUPPORT?

The support options available to you can be found on the Support page. Note that if you're signed in to your free account, you'll be limited to the various self-help options that are available. To access live chat or email support, you would need to be signed in with your paid account.

Check that you're able to sign in with your original account first, then give us an update and we'll try to assist further.
