Hello, A few years ago i bought a Samsung Galaxy S2 ( yeah a long time ago ) which came with an offer of 6 months of a bigger Dropbox account. I uploaded a bunch of pictures, but after a while the account got downgraded to basic plan and lost a lot of pictures. if I pay for the subscription, would I have access to those pictures? Thank you
I'm paying for a Dropbox subscription, but there are files missing from my account.
I paid AUD30 dollars a month to keep photos, documents and videos of my departed father safe. The money was automatically deducted. I went to my Dropbox account and in horror found it was 2G plan with a few photos, videos and documents. I checked my bank and last deduction of was in July this year. What on EARTH is going on and where are my files on my father???? I tried to use contact email or chat but Dropbox doesn't allow this for 2G subscribers. I AM FURIOUS and so frustrated I can't reach their support team. 😤 😪😪Can I restore a file with Dropbox Rewind, if I upgrade my account?
My co-worker deleted lots of files and folders from our shared Dropbox. We're both on Basic. I have recovered many of them, but a crucial excel file is missing from one of the folders. If I pay for an upgrade and Rewind, might I be able to get it back? There's no sign of it anywhere. thanks! Jill
I upgraded to Professional but I still can't edit a PDF file
I updated my subscription to Professional on my iphone and it shows that I did upgrade. I was charged for the additional monies and received an e-mail verifying I upgraded. When I attempt to edit a pdf it directs to a page requesting that I upgrade my account in order to do this
Can I access my old Dropbox files again or do I need to re-upgrade my Dropbox account?
Last year, I canceled my dropbox ples subscription and copied my files to an external hard drive. Now it turns out that I can no longer open those files due to an error. If I upgrade my subscription back to Plus, will I regain access to everything, or is everything now permanently gone from Dropbox?
