Storage size went from 5gb to 2gb and now I cannot access my files. I upgraded to a plus account in hopes to find the files or access support. Neither of which happened...
How do you reach this company to resolve issues?
Thanks

This was sent in 2019. I have always had 5GBs of space to my knowledge.
Do you think that my files were deleted? It seems like the platform has gone through many changes.

What is www.dropbox.com/events showing?

Hey Mark!
When I checked "events" I am only seeing the updates from today. I am not sure when I would have used it in the past year. I can only access as far back as Nov. 18th 2020.
I have had my account for much much longer than that though.
