The file is in the right place, but the photos are in the wrong place
Hello. I am new to dropbox. I want to use it for photos and short videos. I uploaded all my files in folders per year from 2006 to 2024. Now if I open a folder the files are in the right year. But if i click on photos, I get a correct order from 2006 to february 2024. In march 2024 I get 60-70 old photos, from different years next to the photos that actually are from this month. When I delete them they are deleted from everywhere, so I can't do that. How can i make them go away to their right year (as in folders)?
I figured it out. All of these photos that showed on this month instead of earlier years were without a timestamp in their properties. I checked google photos that I used earlier to get the right date, changed the file properties, deleted the photo in dropbox and uploaded the one with the timestamp. Alot of work on every photo but it works 😄 so happy!
