A subfolder is visible on the web, but not on my PC, why?
A team member created a subfolder B, under team folder A. I got the link, can view it on web, also checked in my sync settings on PC, but for some reasons, this one folder is not showing on PC.
I have uninstalled, reinstalled, used the stable DB installer, but this one folder isn't showing on PC. My DB is also showing up to date.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!
Hi larsd888, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Is your team member using a Mac device? Does this folder contain any invalid characters for Windows, such as a : or | symbol?
You can see a list of characters that aren't recommended for use in any folder or file names. Try renaming the folder without the symbol, if any exist, and it should sync to your machine.
Keep me updated with any progress!

Thank you so much. It was the : that was causing the error!
