Can't access shared links

A friend is trying to share some files with me. He can see them on his end, but when I click the links he sends I get a 400 error that says "Something went wrong. Don't worry, your files are still sa...

    That appears to be the proper format for a link. Towards the end of the link it says & before the dl. Change it so that it's just & before the dl (remove the amp;).

What do the links look like? Scramble the file name or a portion of the link so it doesn't work, and post one here.
