Can't access some files through the app

Hey there rwenrich - sorry to hear about this.
If you made sure that you're looking at the right account, can you clarify if those files are individually shared files or inside a shared folder?
When you navigate the location those files should be in on your mobile and desktop devices, what do you see exactly?
Also, what's the OS of your devices and the version of the Dropbox app installed there?
