Dropbox (iOS) scan widget support broken?
I had an iOS widget from the Dropbox app to be able to scan documents with one tap — worked great! However the widget stopped working and it seems the Dropbox iOS app no longer supports widgets. When I go to add a new widget on the iOS Home Screen (edit Home Screen, +, search for Dropbox) the Dropbox app isn’t listed. Is anyone else seeing the same?
iOS version: 17.2.1
Dropbox app version: 362.5
Hi Planzi! Hope you’re doing well.
If you open the Dropbox mobile app, are you able to scan documents directly from there? I’d like to make sure that the feature works properly on your device, and that it’s only the widget having an issue.
Have you also restarted your phone since then, and the issue persists?
Let me know, and we’ll take it from there.
