Dropbox not syncing all our files on Windows 11

Hi,   We are using dropbox for a long time now. We have apps installed on all kind of platforms and are all syncing instantly and upon changes in files and folder.   We have just purchased a ...

You're certain that these folders are checked in the Select Sync settings within Preferences? Do any of the folders have characters in their names that would cause issues with syncing?

Hi,

 

Some of them does indeed contain charachters in the folder names that are not allowed. But it syncs fine on our macs. May this be a windows thing?

    Hey CATS001, indeed, this is an issue mostly on Windows computers; do the files sync, once they're renamed to remove those characters?
