Are you sharing this folder with edit permissions with these users?
Is it possible that the email address in question is not associated with a Dropbox account?
Keep me posted.

I'm Theresa, one of the Community managers here at Dropbox and I'd love to hear how you're using Dropbox if you're up for sharing 😊 I'm always so curious about how people use Dropbox daily - you never know what cool tips might be worth passing along to you or our team! 💫

Hi Theresa,
I always share dropbox folder even if the email has no DB account yet since a link for registration will be sent to their email. However , I still don't know how to fix this issue as kNutz's solution does not fix mine.
Please help.
Thanks
