HELP HELP PLEASEEEE !Voice recorder cant connect with dropbox to save my file :(

Hello, I can't find the ap to add in at the aplications options at dropbox.... plus I have (attached pictures) those messages when trying.

I really need to have that audio file I recorded in Voice recorder app, ald the only sharing option is DRopbox and it doesn't work...any suggestions?? thanks a lot in advance!!

    You need to contact the creators of the Voice Recorder app. They need to apply for production status of their app so they can enable more users.

    Hi LenaBayon, thanks for reaching out to us on the Dropbox Community. 

     

    Just to make sure that I have a better understanding of your concern, could you let me know if you:

    • Installed this app yourself or if it was already available on your mobile device? 
    • Have tried uploading the files you create with that app manually?
    • Get such an error with any other third party app?

      Ohh yes... I didn't know this app was that horrible! It will take time if I need to contact the app creators etc.. :(
