I can't send files. "Error creating transfer. Please try again."

Every single time I try to send files from my dropbox to someone else, the message "Error creating transfer. Please try again." appears.

So I thought it was the file size, Nope. Same message even with a 1gb transfer attempt.

I tried turn on and off my computer, nothing.

Tried clearing my data and cookies, Nothing.

EVEN TRIED SENDING IT USING MY PHONE, NOTHING.

WHAT IS GOING ON? WHY CAN I NOT SEND ANYTHING? THIS IS FOR MY COMPANY!

This is really annoying and stressful, I honestly don't see myself using this platform after this.

Hey Barrybl4ck, let's jump right into this!

When did you first notice this behavior?

Also, would you mind checking your plan page, and let me know the subscription you're currently using? Does this happen with all file types?

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Hi iiman - sorry to hear about this.

Is it possible that your transfers exceeded the bandwidth limits, causing your sharing activities to be banned

How long have you been getting this error? Do you also get an error when creating a shared link?
