I can't share any file, getting "banned member" error

Last few days cannot share files, keep getting message "banned member". Why is that? I don't have large traffic, antivirus doesn't see any malware, don't send invites at all, files are my so no copyr...

    It is working now, thanks! But still don't know what triggered ban to avoid similar situations in future.
