I can't submit my job application - I'm redirected to the top part of the page.
I am trying to apply for the Product Manager, Workday HCM position but the page keeps going back to the top when I click apply. I have tried four different times including in Incognito mode on Google Chrome as was directed by a help page on the Drop Box help page. Can you please check if the careers page is having an issue?

You’ve made sure that all of the required fields have been filled in, correct?
Are you also getting any type of errors? If yes, please send me a screenshot here to have a visual.
Lastly, I’d like to know if you’ve also tried a totally different browser, besides incognito mode.

Hi Nancy,
Thanks for the response! I used Chrome and Incognito Mode. I have not tried any other browsers. The fields were all marked with green check marks so I think everything was entered properly. I will try another browser to see if that helps.

Scroll to the bottom of the page. You're likely missing a required field. The last time someone mentioned this, there was an Employment field that wasn't completely obvious as being required until the form was submitted. See my replies here.
