I can't view the new files my colleague has saved to our shared folder.
My colleague has saved an excel document in our shared folder on dropbox. However, I cannot view any of the files she has saved today. This issue has never happened before. We use this shared folder daily.

Can you see the file in the shared folder if you view it from Dropbox.com? If not, the file isn't syncing to Dropbox on your colleague's computer. Have her verify that the Dropbox application is running on her computer and visible in the system tray (Windows) or menu bar (Mac).
