Hello! I have shared files with 2 members and gave them editing access. They can open dropbox on their end and see the file but cannot edit. One user was able to open a file in another window and make edits but they did not appear in the shared file. We have a family plan if that matters. Help!

Are both these members part of your Family plan or do they have their own individual Dropbox accounts?
Can you clarify what they see exactly when trying to edit the files you’ve shared with them? Are they also trying to edit them via www.dropbox.com or their desktop apps?
