is Dropbox application a malware?
A virus protection software indicated that the dropbox executable file is a malware and required to remove it. I am wondering if this is true or any one had hte same issue?

Hey donli, thanks for posting on this matter here!
It shouldn't be true (as long as you don't have any malware in your Dropbox files), though based on your description, it seems one of the folders was on their quarantine list.
To get past that, I’d suggest making sure you're running the latest version of the app on both Dropbox and Malware Bytes and try again.Hope this is helpful to you, keep me updated in case you still experience the same behavior.Wishing you a great weekend ahead!
