This seems like a silly question but I recently applied for a tender and I don't believe the recipient even viewed the shared folder. I googled how to see who viewed it but but have been unable to advance any further with information. The boxes it says to tick etc... I don't seem to have.

I have a 'can edit' status on the other party but cant seem to verify if and when they viewed it. Im only on the 2GB free plan - is that the issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey Carina101, thanks for your post!

     

    At the moment, it's not possible to see if a member of a shared folder has actually viewed the folder.

     

    If you check Mark's reply above you'll see some info about the viewer info feature, however, that's for individual files.

      Thank you Hannah. If I upgrade my account is it then possible to see who has accessed the folder? If so what level subscription would I need? Thanks
