Could you please help me with this issue as well? I have a shared folder that the members practice music with and several members can no longer receive updates and as one of the admins I am also unable to add new members.

I see, thanks for clarifying that for us Hendrik Tibboel - you could try requesting the desktop version of the website through your browser to bring up the button to attach the screenshot if you like.
That said, since it's been a while since you first got this error, would it be OK if we sent you an email to look further into this issue internally?
