I've shared two folders with many users, but many of them haven't received the invite.
I recently had a senior photoshoot on a local school and when I wanted to deliver thee final pictures I tried to send 2 types of folders
1 was for the student activities and the other was a forlder that had pictures of the student and their families, but when I shares all the folders it was "successful" but no parent got their respective invite
and whe I shared the individual emails the first 4-6 emails where a success but the rest said unable to share folder updates
any help pleaseeeeeee........

Hi there johgphotography - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please let us know if you've invited the parents to the folders directly or if you shared a link with them instead? If it's the latter, was a link with view-only rights or edit ones?
Any additional information is more than welcome!

Hey johgphotography! To clarify, if you open the shared folder settings, do you see all the parents as members? Or are there users missing from the list?
Have all parents checked their email’s spam folders, as well?
Finally, what they can do is check the Shared tab of their Dropbox accounts. If the folders have been shared with them, they could add them to their accounts via this tab directly.
Let me know if any of the above works.
