Not all folders Showing in Windows

Hi , I sync my maps to Windows, but not all maps are showing.  The checkboxes are all on, but only 3 maps are not visible.  We tried to copy the map but then the same 3 folders are not showing...

    Can you take a look at this Help Center article and let me know if the names of the folders you’re not seeing locally contain any of the characters mentioned? 

     

    Let me know what you find.
